# What happened for ruby-2.0 now?

It’s already trashed by the MRI since 2016-02-24. `ruby 2.0.0-p648` is the official last version. I saw the point for Rubybench to keep it as a reference point but I guess it’s enough to keep the result from p648? Given time, the security threat grows. That would be worthless to know it’s faster on average.
